Recorded Deed History Search

Information

The Recorded Deed History Search provides users the ability to search recorded deed history by a tax parcel number. This collaborative effort between the Champaign County GIS Consortium (CCGISC), the Champaign County Recorder of Deeds and the Champaign County Assessments Office improves information accessibility through the use of multi-departmental data integration.

Users enter a PIN into the Search box located on the upper right corner of the screen. Any located deeds are listed in the Recorded Deed Results. Within each result is a hyperlink. When the hyperlink is clicked, users are directed to the Champaign County Tapestry login for purchase. Payment can be made by credit card or through a Tapestry member account.
